All orders are delivered with Islandspostur and their delivery, transportation and insurance terms apply to the delivery. Domestic orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. International shipping time is usually 4-14 days. Please note that Islandspostur does not deliver to APO (Army Post Office) addresses or PO boxes.Deliveries from Islandspostur can be subjected to duties and taxes according to the receiving country's laws. These charges are not included in the product price.Cancellation right / right to return and refundOur goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased at lavadesigniceland.is you have 3 days from the delivery date to cancel the purchase and return the items, as long as the items have not been used and they are returned in the original packaging and in good order. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delived to the receiver. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the package to Lava Design Iceland.
